First, I’d hire a financial advisor and an attorney to do as much as humanly possible in a day. With the right investments and legal steps my family could live comfortably for a long time, well after the 24 hours has passed. Where charitable giving is concerned, I would pay someone to write checks to various organizations non-stop for 24 hours. While I am paying individuals to handle my personal finances, I would circumvent any laws or technicalities and purchase a home in a far-away country.
Also, full-disclosure, I would buy all the designer items I so longingly covet, and a new car.
I enjoy working hard to achieve goals for myself, and helping others to achieve their own goals.
When I was little, sometimes I would tie plastic grocery bags over my socks and slide around on the carpet and pretend I was a figure skater. I don’t still do this, but I think this illustrates my innate weirdness…or genius.
The first thing I would grab would be my cell phone on which to call 911, immediately. Next, I would grab my MacBook and old photos/letters and/or important documents.
Teleportation. Transportation, in any mode, can be a total hassle at times.
Kate Beckinsale. Realistically, Tina Fey.
I would love to live in a different country for a few years while I’m young, and maybe in retirement if I’m lucky.
I like taking morning walks or hiking. Early morning coffee time with my fiancé is also nice.
Freiburg, Germany. I recently traveled there and fell in love. I love the architecture, the cobblestones and church bells. Not to mention, it is bike friendly, family friendly and the public transportation is great. I also enjoy bier, wine and wurst of all kinds!
I would definitely podium for “Witty Banter Heavily Dosed with Plays-on-Words.” I hear the IOC plans to add that as an official event in 2016.
