Thanks to amazing clients and a talented crew, this past year has brought about some great changes at our agency. We’re excited to give you a peek into one of our newest projects, the construction of our new location. As some of you know, we are in the midst of creating our new agency home. After nearly three years of sitting empty, the former Carpenters Union Hall is undergoing a massive renovation to turn it into our sleek and modern office building.

We purchased the building at 531 E Market Street on October 24th and have been “decking the hall” with a formidable demolition crew since we closed. Originally a private residence, the front of the building (an actual four square home) was constructed in 1922. The basement and back half of the building were added sometime in the 1940’s. As you can imagine with any old structure, we’ve filled several dumpsters with paneling, old mechanicals, walls, floors and other items that we couldn’t identify.

We’re in the process of finalizing our architectural plans with our friends at Rottman Collier. As soon as those are finished, we’ll share them with you too. In the meantime, take a look at some of our progress. We’ll continue to take photos and share other information regarding the transformation on our blog and Flickr stream. Make sure to check back to see the progress!
