King Park

The King Park Area Development Corporation came to TrendyMinds to revitalize their brand and boost their community visibility. TrendyMinds’ graphic designers started a marketing push to promote their properties by creating sales collateral, including brochures, to showcase their work. TrendyMinds then designed sales kits promoting King Park, targeting both potential residents and businesses. In addition, we handled the website design, using images of King Park’s unique urban and historic buildings with bright, bold background showing off its unique style.  We also built the interactive features, such as the community calendar, available properties browser, neighborhood news and security sign up. Finally, we handled the public relations, media relations and event planning to help to continue to spread the word about this fantastic downtown gem. This included a special campaign for “Best Bite,” a fundraiser for the organization.
