TrendyMinds is once again accepting applications for its pro-bono program. All nonprofit organizations, regardless of location, are encouraged to apply for in-kind creative, strategic and interactive services.

The program has given away more than a quarter of a million dollars worth of work to dozens of nonprofits over the past three years. Recipient organizations have been diverse in size and type, and have included the Madame Walker Theater, Carmel Symphony Orchestra, Kiwanis Club, Planned Parenthood, School on Wheels, IndyHub and La Plaza, to name just a few. While TrendyMinds has worked with nonprofit groups throughout its 15-year history, the formal pro-bono program was instituted in 2008 in response to the economy.

“Since 2008, we’ve nearly tripled in size and we’re on track to post record revenue this year,” said Trevor Yager, principal. “We’re so grateful for our success, but we realize not everyone has been as fortunate. We want our success to benefit the community, and we love being able to use our talents to accomplish good.”

The program is open to any and all nonprofit organizations, both in Indianapolis and nationwide. The TrendyMinds staff ranks each application based on need, services desired, interest from staff and ability to meaningfully impact the organization.

“The pro-bono program is a great way for our agency to work on some exciting, creative projects while at the same time providing much needed services to some fantastic organizations,” said Tyler Murray, principal. “It’s a tradition everyone looks forward to.”
