American Cancer Society

The American Cancer Society, with more than 900 local offices nationwide, was looking for a way to let cancer patients and their loved ones learn more about their services. While many are familiar with the organization's fundraising and lobbying work, the supportive services weren't as well known. To promote the American Cancer Society's 800 number resource line, TrendyMinds developed a promotional and educational magazine that would have a four-issue run.

Our strategic department brainstormed the name of the publication, conducted interviews, did research and wrote the magazines' content, including the feature stories. Our creative team held photo shoots and developed the overall design, look and feel of the magazine. When all four issues were complete, our interactive team created an online flip-through version of the magazines.

The final product will be distributed in doctors' offices and hospitals through the Midwest, giving cancer patients and their loved ones a chance to get to know the American Cancer Society and the services available to help them through their difficult time.
